QuietLog is a documentation tool that helps tenants record neighborhood disturbances and generate reports. QuietLog is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

2. Disclaimer

Reports and complaint letters generated by QuietLog are documentation tools, not legal documents. Decibel readings are approximate measurements from smartphone microphones and should not be considered equivalent to professional sound level meters. Users should consult a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to their situation.

Free accounts have unlimited incident recording. PDF reports are available for $4.99 each or unlimited with a Pro subscription at $9.99/month. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase.

5. AI-Generated Content

Complaint letters generated by AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the content before sending. QuietLog is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuietLog is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to the outcome of any disputes or legal proceedings.
